How do I check my balance?

View your checking or savings account balances online or by using the PrimeWay mobile app.

There are two ways to check your balances, online and mobile.

Online:

1. Log into your online banking account using the orange Login Button
2. Go to My Accounts
3. Go to Checking or Saving Accounts
4. Balance is displayed

Mobile App:

1. Log in to the mobile app
2. Click Accounts
3. Review your savings or checking account balances
